Alice Addo-Quaye, is an entrepreneur and owner / founder of Susu Plus Services. She has 10yrs work experience with Standard Chartered Bank of Ghana when she joined as a Customer Service Support Officer at the front desk of the Accra High Street branch in 1997 and rose to the role of Deputy Branch Manager / Customer Service Manager at the Liberia Road branch of the bank in 2007. Alice holds a first degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana, Legon and a Masterâ€™s in Human Resource Management at Middlesex University U.K. In 2009, she became the pioneer branch manager of Sahel-Sahara Bank where she was tasked with the responsibility of set-up and growth of their Spintex Road Branch. In 2011, she joined ECLOF Ghana, now Christian Community Microfinance Limited, (CCML) as Head, Human Resource Department, a role she handled for a year and resigned in 2012 to start her firm Susu Plus Services.
